BCC - In the context of correspondence, blind carbon copy (abbreviated Bcc:) or simply Blind Copy refers to the practice of sending a message to multiple recipients in a way that conceals the fact that there may be additional addresses on the complete list of recipients. In some circumstances, the typist creating a paper correspondence must ensure that multiple recipients of such a document do not see the names of other recipients. This is useful in a school as teachers will be able to send emails to other teachers which could be criticism or an issue which has occured and they may use BCC to send it to the headteacher so that he can see what is going on.
CC - The abbreviation CC indicates
those who are to receive a copy of a message addressed primarily to another.
The list of CC’ed recipients is visible to all other recipients of the message.
In common usage, the “To” field recipients are the primary audience of the
message, CC field recipients are others whom the author wishes to publicly
inform of the message.

Out of Office Reply
Out of office reply is something which you can set up which will allow you to send a reply to an e-mail you receive, this is typically done when you are going away for a week or two so that the client who sent it doesn't think you are being rude, they will be sent an e-mail which you will have previously prepared, this would usually tell them that you arent able to view the e-mail at that time and will read it as soon as you can, e.g. when you get back.
